Hello!

I am so happy you are here! Starting therapy is a courageous step that involves prioritizing yourself, facing unknowns, and taking brave steps in your unique healing journey. I am excited to join you on that journey.

I am committed to creating an empowering and supportive space where you can show up vulnerable, be heard, and take risks in your journey to healing. I know that for many people, life is full of difficulties, disappointments, and pain, as well as growth, joy, healing, and adventure, and sometimes, we need help bridging those two things in our lives.

I believe every client has unique qualities and needs, so I aim to create a personalized therapy process that is holistic, strength-focused, and adapted to each client’s unique worldview.

My approach to therapy is a warm blend of directness and care. I challenge and support my clients to increase their mind and body connection, find purpose and meaning in life, accept their whole selves (both the troubling and wonderful parts), and take steps to create the life they want.

I graduated with my B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies at Utah State University. I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. In my journey between and during degrees, I have worked in various areas, including university counseling centers, residential treatment centers, equine-assisted therapy programs, and volunteering at local ministries working with teens.

In my free time, I enjoy getting outside, either backpacking, peak-bagging, skiing, or horseback riding. I call seven different states home, as I have traveled around the U.S. doing several outdoor and ranching jobs, and I am loving my current adventure here in northern Colorado.

Let’s get started working together today!
