Welcome!

With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, abuse, sexual abuse, relationship concerns, communication issues, and spiritual exploration. Working with individuals of all ages, I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Play, Experiential, Somatic, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy and mindfulness techniques.

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through empathy and collaboration, I work with clients of all ages to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Whether you are struggling with daily stressors, seeking to process past trauma, or looking to improve your relationships, I offer a warm, supportive environment to help you achieve lasting positive change.

I grew up in Northern Virginia and have also lived in California, Utah, Nebraska, and currently here in Northern Colorado. After receiving a B.S. in Speech Language Pathology from Brigham Young University, I took an academic hiatus to raise my three children. I then returned to school to receive a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and embark on a new career path as a therapist. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, fitness, skiing, hiking, walking my dogs, and reading all things related to health, psychology, and spirituality.

I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey of self-discovery and healing!
